Public administration by M. laxmikant 2. Mohit Bhattacharya 3. Ramesh Arora & Rajni goel, Indian administration 4. Indian administration by S.R. maheshwari 4.

Thank you for the great work you are doing. Things become clear after watching the lecture. But I have a suggestion. If possible please explain the terms rather than just refering to them. For example the physical, social, biological or physiological limitations they can be explained in detail. Secondly, what is " social" in social system? Third, the last sentence on the slide on efficiency and effectiveness seems confusing and might have a typo. Nevertheless, your slides and lectures are immensely helpful to me. Greatful to you.
