Firstly, I'm not Sonam but my name is Komal. As for the teaching experience, it is usually counted but ultimately depends upon the interview committee, as there are chances they might not consider it.

I was asking as most gov universities mai assistant professor ki post ke liye ,ek tally banate hai marks ki jisme bachelor ,master ,aur PhD count hoti hai with max marks going for PhD ( ~25 marks ) aur experience ke bhi no hote hai. ( ye shi hai ya ni apko jyada pta hoga) Otherwise if experience is not counted then teaching along with PhD ka koi use hi ni hai .( Salary already low hoti hai aur More workload)
