He also lent his cell phone so he could call Jay after he killed Hae Lee. He hung out with Jay, Jennifer Pusateri and others acting like a real life zombie OR someone who just committed murder. I can't even imagine. Poor man. Can you imagine the ex GFS family. Probably hating this man all these yrs to find out he never even did this horrendous crime. I know him and his family are so grateful to this judge. May he beat this case and live a long free life. Then hopefully sue the hell out of that police department!

The family doesn't care who is charged for the death of their love one but as long as someone does they prove that this man didn't do the crime but the family again doesn't care if he's innocent or not they want someone to pay for the crime.

So basically overturn by judge, why ????where is the evidence to show that he is innocent he’s guilty as hell that’s it, also he is gonna get the money so basically he killed and he is getting a Rewards

amazing that another american idiot is talking about guilt and freedom...so we must forget the evidences and beleive a hateful sick person like you lol ? i mean u are from the country of serial killers and crimes ,so be quiet u have no right to talk about it

Just because the legal standard for guilt was not met, does not mean he is not guilty. If you follow the case carefully, it is almost definitely the case he murdered her. He is guilty in reality
@manoloal44052 жыл бұрын
Yeah ofcourse some rando on the internet 'followed' the case better than the investigators. Go take a walk
@francisd70812 жыл бұрын
@@manoloal4405 You completely missed what I said. The investigators found that he was not guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Therefore he should have been rightfully released. BUT that does not mean that he is not guilty in reality. You should study basic concepts in law

They did not say he is innocent. He's not exonerated and is confined to his home. The state has 30 days to decide if they will retry the case.

For those of you saying jay is still free out there lmao yeah he is . But actually believe or not if you read the book Adnan’s story it explains how jay was manipulated by the police to say that he was with Adnan when he killed Hae. As they did further more research they explain that jay had no idea about the murder he was just saying what the police wanted him to say . I believe that Don hae’s bf at the time of her disappearance killed her .
@FredGoldmansMustache7 ай бұрын
Well, you're an idiot who can't accept facts. There were 9 other people at LC that day that would testify he was there. Also, the timecards were investigated by Adnan's own defense team, it was proven you couldn't alter the timecards after the fact. You're just an idiot who hates the cops even when they're right, defends Adnan cuz he's a brown Muslim, and want to just blame the white guy cuz you're jealous the white dude once again took the hot Asian girl away from that stalker punk.
