Honestly, what the fuck are you talking about? I’ve only listened to the first 30 minutes and he’s already listed multiple examples of egregious prosecutorial misconduct. These alone should be enough to have the case thrown out. He may or may not have done it, but one thing is clear…the prosecutors played dirty, and don’t deserve a conviction in this case. So for some reason his phone pinged at the murder site and at the site of the car disposal. Also, he never called her after hearing she went missing. Odd behavior for a "friend." Also, he wrote "I will kill" on her breakup note to him. Also Jay said he was called to help bury the body. And now he's innocent because his DNA wasn't on the bottom on her shoes? I think neither Jae or Adnan did it. I think they used Jae against Adnan. They I'm sure threatened Jae with drug charges to make up a story. How do we know Jae knew where the car was we don't? The Police could have given him that info. There were multiple calls to the Police about an abandoned car. They knew exactly where the car was. If Jae recants it points the finger at Jae they put Jae in a position of guilt. He had his car and phone. I'm sure he probably sold drugs using his vehicle and threatened him with drug charges to make up a story. Not to mention that Haes family is hell bent on convicting Adnan. How do we know this wasn't an honor killing. Hae was not allowed to date? They need to look at the family or family members. Clearly the way she died DNA of the murderer would have been found. You can't sit here and believe that Adnan and Jae were capable of unaliving someone with NO TRACE OF DNA. They were 17 yr old kids whose lives got messed up because of their skin color. The thing about Pakistani ppl is they use their time wisely wether in jail or out. He did the right thing by educating himself it was him and him alone who got himself released. They KNOW exactly who the murderer was then and they know now but it looks bad on them hence Murphy covering her ass. If ppl still believe that he is guilty u guys have no idea how much Police mess up cases on a daily basis. How many murderers walk because of negligence

Even before this, when she said she had full frontal lividity..I though ok, they kept her at Jay grandma house until Adnan and Jay could bury her gtfo 😒 The manner in which she was buried also left a big clue..it was a shallow grave with some parts of her out means that the person who killed her was in a time rush and had to work fast because he was a h.s kid who needed to go back home

What a tragedy this is - I feel for the Lee family as I do for Adnan‘s. Due to xenophobic and poor investigation and prosecution the Lee family may never find out the truth. What is clear is the prosecutorial misconduct in this case. As such the decision to free Adnan was right. Whether he is guilty is another story - many pieces of evidence can be viewed in multiple ways and don’t offer a clear image however the circumstantial evidence against Adnan as well as the credibility of Jay is beyond thin. The evidence provides possibilities but not more and for every piece of so called evidence there is evidence that renders it untrue. The celltower evidence was unreliable cantering on incoming calls, Jay being threatened with multiple convictions trades in a statement that suits the narrative. A teenager that on any given day cannot remember his exact moves with exact time stamps is not odd nor one who suddenly does thereafter once he’s been accused of murder and now remembers the details of the case against him. A teenager who lends his car and phone to someone is considered an impossibility. Adnan is described as controlling and jealous and yet Hae expresses no ill feelings towards him and both are dating new people. A man who wants to hold a press conference after spending 20 years in prison doing nothing but analyse the facts of his case and having been spoken for by others, does not strike me as weird. A palm and fingerprint has been used to prove him guilty before now DNA rules him out but is not deemed proof. A witness signed an affidavit that she had seen him without any incentive or need to do so and again she is questioned. Is it possible he’s guilty? Yes. Is it possible he’s innocent? Yes. I think people need to be careful to jump to conclusions and pass judgement. Had there been a proper investigation, maybe we would know more.
