I only made it to the YOASOBI concert (and paid 350 for a ticket), I couldn’t afford the Ado concert, but when I tell you I cried tears of joy when the concert started, I fucking CRIED tears of joy. I’ve been listening to YOASOBI, RELIGIOUSLY, since they got popular in 2020 and it was the very first concert I’ve ever gone to. I left with no voice because I was screaming with excitement at every song starting and belting out Idol with everything I had. I’m gonna be first in line for the next one for sure.

That Ado tour was absolutely incredible. A bunch of us ended up going out for ramen together after the NYC show, despite having never met before. Great time, even better singer.

Fun Fact: If it wasnt of Miku and vocaloid music, things could had been very different for ADO, YOASOBI, EVE and many other current big artists who grew up making or singing Vocaloid songs. You can see in theirs youtube channels that all old videos are covers of vocaloid songs.

I was there for Ado in Brussels. While standing in the queue some people were already listening to some songs and lots of cosplayers were around. Me and my group were like "lets do something funny" and we started a mini rave playing techno (mostly sickmode) haha. Also surreal to see the cosplayer smoking meme in real life. While inside I noticed some kids and their parents there. After the first song (Some one peace song), one of the dads was like "fuck this" and went to the bar and got like 5 beers all for himself. After the second song was over he already drank 3 of the 5. Mind you they were 0.33L cups but filled over the line. Also lots of Japanese people were there since Düsseldorf was sold out within like 5 minutes. After the concert was over I was looking for all the Japanese people but it was like they vanished. Went back inside and found them lining up at the bar for beer. I also chugged 2 beers.

It sucks that I didnt know about Ado and Miku. But I did attend Yoasobi and even got the VIP pass. It was amazing time and the merch was top tier. I hope Ado and Miku come back to the states soon. Side note did you get a chance to see the hololive concert? Now that was nuts.

Closest spot to me Ado was was in L.A. Cali. I'm in Washington State. I decided to look up the tickets and it was 1k for the GA. Around 800 for 2nd row. I'm like, nope, way over priced for me!

I went to Ado in Chicago and it was my first concert. She also started with new genesis and I started crying. I had to buy resale as well but I kept checking day after day; somehow, I got vip tickets that were cheaper than general admission and i snagged those immediately. She ended with Odo and it was probably the best orgasm anyone could ever experience(especially with how close I was to be fair). Then I saw Yoasobi in New York, in which I paid nearly 3x as much as I did for ado. But it was worth every penny. I’m not a religious man, but goddamn I’ve never been so blessed before. I also saw The Band Lamp and it was amazing. So different to Yoasobi and Ado in every-way but it was so captivating. After seeing these artist live I’ve developed a craving for their music throughout my daily life.

Funny that one of my favourite Japanese songs, Cynical Night Plan, is by YOASOBI but sung by Miku. Tho I sadly doubt you’d end up hearing it in either’s concert cus of complications on both’s parts.
