Adobe Acrobat Pro: Add skin controls to video in interactive PDF

When I go to "properties" and then "controls" the only options I have when I select "skin" is either "none" or "all controls" and when I select "all controls" nothing happens. If I exit out of the controls window and come back in, then "none" is selected again. Any idea why it would only be showing up with those two options as opposed to the seven different options available to you?

Thanks for the comment. No, I don't know why you're getting different options, except to say that when I try it now, I also get the reduced set of options, so I'm guessing this was a change in an update in the last couple of months. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

I see the comments below regarding changes that happened after this video was made. The strange thing I'm experiencing is that I can add the "all controls" on the Mac, and they work fine on the Mac, but when I view the PDF on a PC, the controls don't show up. I tried adding the controls using the PC instead of the Mac and that didn't work either. Has anyone encountered this and found a solution?

Yes, that's the issue. I hope they come up with a workable solution soon.

@@rmeeds1 it appears to work on mac controls are similar to QuickTime. moving off video appears to show or hide controls. There was a recent update.

Unable to add the controls. The only options are All Controls or None. Neither of which seem to do anything useful. And the Color option doesn't work. Come on, Adobe! You take away Flash without giving us any options!

Unfortunately, this functionality is gone now that Adobe no longer supports Flash.
