To make them sound less robotic, you can adjust the speed of pronounciation and the space between each word. It needs balance and poise. In capable hands Melodyne is better for adjusting voice and even pitch too.

How do you download the good voices?

When you open the speech management box there is a link to download them. I already downloaded them so the link doesn't show on my screen but I show where it is around 3:30 in the video.
