For any one who cannot find the arc tool in their toolbar: 1. Click on the ellipse at the bottom of your toolbar 2. You'll see a window containing all your tools 3. You'll find the arc tool there 4. You can drag and drop it to your Shape tools collection for future use

Ever heard of Art College?!? I study Art too and, yeah, we do not really learn so much technical stuff in class, but we learn to important stuff, means we learn how to come up with good project concepts. The realisation of the Project is important too, but it s usually enough to learn the basics of a Software in class and then ask your teacher for help and Tutorial recommendations, that Help you with special Things, you need for your project. Of course, I can understand, why people think, you can learn stuff like Software by yourself, but - how I said - learning the Software ist not the hard part, learning the Skill to create good art is what you go to College for.

I Have spent my entire day watching these videos. They are FANTASTIC! I start school in 2 weeks to go for a graphic design degree. Ive watched so many other videos of these adobe apps and have struggled to understand alot of whats going on, but you sir are a great teacher. Already watched the inDesign course as well as this one and i went into the inDesign course not even knowing what the software was used for. Now i feel like i could confidently go into it and create layouts. Great job sir, thank you for your contribution. 👌🏻

2hrs in and I've already learnt the key things I'll need to make my logo! I've muddled with illustrator but always found it a bit more overwhelming after Photoshop. This video really breaks everything down so simply! Thanks a lot! Learnt so many tools and their setting !

At first I really thought that illustrators are just for those who are inherently artistic. But I decided to give it a try through this tutorial and man, I can already imagine what stuff I can do from after finishing this course. This is probably the first online course that I finished because Dan made it all easier and it seems like he's having fun while teaching the course. Thanks a lot for this!!! I've just watched this entire video in one sitting and even though new to Illustrator understood so much thanks to the clear guidance. Having applied a few of the points from the video to my first experimentations in Ai alone so much has stuck already and the power of the program is clear to see. I've now discovered you've already posted a 2024 beginners guide so that will be my next binge watch. Im an hour in and learned more off this than other video, the way that is explained and the way it has activities step by step to keep me engaged and active, it helps to have templates and work on the same thing. Amazing, this guys the plug!!!
