If you are unable to see a specific tool, please try the steps below until the issue is resolved: Select Window > Toolbar > Advanced

If you are having trouble grouping and ungrouping the mock-ups, make sure you are opening the Ai file instead of the Pngs! The Ai file is what allows you to fully customize your mock-ups and edit the anchor points/paths.

In the beginning of the video, I used one of your vectors. However, I was not able to ungroup the image or fill it with color. Are you a available by text or email?

Can you do a more detailed video of how to make the mockup work once you download them ? I’m having a hard time understanding how to get anchor points added it does not work it’s seems like it wants me to trace over the design then I can have full control over the way it looks and moves .. and also if you could details how to separate the mockup . For example with the flared sweats . It doesn’t allow you to separate them ?

For some reason when place a template for example the vest I cant select all the sections its all grouped but I can't ungroup it

Make sure you are opening the Ai file instead of the Pngs! The Ai file is what allows you to fully customize your mock-up and edit the anchor points/paths. If you need to group or ungroup anything go up to object (top left, next to file) and then select group or ungroup

I gotchu 🤞🏼 Select the group that you want to ungroup, right-click, and go to Ungroup. Or the keyboard shortcut is shift command g (or shift control g) depending on if you on a Mac
