Discreet Combustion, how about Lumena... few will remember that one... I worked on the 3 pack Lumena (pixel) Rio (vector based) and Crystal 3D... this was the early 90s.

Seeing the Combustion interface brought back nightmares! But seeing the others, especially DS, was nice. You could have also included Inferno, Flint and Flame on the SGI's.

Clip extending in Premiere sounds like it could be helpful for those moments that you really need a couple extra frames but you have to cut because the camera shakes, or the subject looks at the lens, or any of dozens of other reasons. But I'm not going to get too excited about it too early. I thought Morph Cut would be a game changer, but 90% of the time it ends up being totally unusable. Could very well end up being the same thing.

Which C4D feature am I excited about? Field driver for sure, I used to do it with Xpresso, but this is much faster and easier, really awesome, I use dynamic connectors a lot and transition from Bullet was a great new feature.

Canva's basic features are great for office Karen to throw together a half decent Prezzo, but the AI side features...pretty meh. They do own Leonardo now, but I believe that's a separate purchase yeah?

I feel like with how anti-institution and anti-corporation everyone is, it's easy to forget that literally everyone is taking part in creating a machine that would allow us to move further and faster into the future no one could've ever predicted, it's so wild. Every time you open chatGPT or any LLM tool for that matter, you're allowed to feel like "I took a part in this, my little life helped create this", but the FIRST thing that comes to your mind instead is "Why am I not compensated for this?" It's like you hate the corporations, but act in the exact same way, if not worse
