Some - not all - of the .mov videos I imported (taken with an iPhone SE) behaved quite strangely in the preview window. They kept skipping forwards and moving back, resulting in an unsteady video playback motion. I did some research on the issue and found one possible explanation: iPhone Videos are recorded using variable frame rate (VFR), meaning that the frame rate may be adjusted when there are low/changing light conditions. Using the free tool HandBrake, I converted the videos to constant frame rate (CRF - 30 fps) and the issues disappeared. Has anybody else encountered similar problems? May something be wrong with my iPhone camera settings?

I had a similar problem but for still images, when i export it from my Iphone 7 to my computer via google drive, the photo formats was HEIC format. I couldnt use that before i downloaded a HEIC converter. I think its from the apple software.
