Before you render the UVW Template you can make some setting what, and in which color will be displayed on the picture. I do not recall that I turned something off, but when I took it into Photoshop I made sure the UV lines are on a separate layer that I later turn off.

Ich verwende dafür in der Regel den Viewcube. (ich glaub so heißt das zumindest in anderen Programmen. Die Symbole rechts oben im Fenster mit dem man zwischen Top, Front, usw wechsel kann oder das Fenster auch um 90 Grad drehen kann. Das Koordinatensystem bleibt dabei gleich so wie es vorher eingestellt wurde.

2 Linie, die genau aufeinander liege, und die gleiche Farbe usw. und Layer haben, die erwischt man schwer. Es wird durch die Zeichen Reihenfolge immer die oberste markiert. Die obere kurz weg schieben, ist wahrscheinlich die schnellste Lösung. Es gibt schon Funktionen, doppelte Linien zu finden und zu markieren, das würde aber das Basictutorial übersteigen.

Today is 2024.05.17 , South Korea, I listend to all of your 'Getting started in 3ds Max 2021' tutorials. I did know how to use maya, but not 3ds max. Now, sir!! I do. Thank you for your tutorial videos. It was super helpful. I am putting my effort to get a job position of 3d Environment modeller. Quite tough these days though.. cause of bad economy issues in my country. I will make sure not to give up on myself. Have a good day !!😀

@AF Turorials, Hallo zusammen! Ich stecke momentan mitten in der Herausforderung, 2D-Zeichnungen in 3D-Modelle zu überführen, und es gestaltet sich echt knifflig! Eine der größten Hürden für mich ist es, den richtigen Ansatz zu finden, insbesondere wenn es um komplexe Modelle geht. Es geht nicht nur darum, die Zeichnung in 3D zu replizieren, sondern auch darum, zu erkennen, welche Formen und Strukturen man bearbeiten muss. Es wäre wirklich unglaublich hilfreich, wenn es ein Video gäbe, das diesen gesamten Prozess anschaulich erklärt. Denn oft fühlt man sich sowohl in der Ausbildung als auch im realen Leben überfordert, besonders wenn man keinen klaren Ansatzpunkt hat. Ein Video, das mir besonders geholfen hat, ist 'AutoCAD 2020 (deutsch) - Einheit 14 - 3d Modellierung'. Es hat mir ein Grundverständnis für die Funktionen vermittelt, jedoch muss man sich die Herangehensweise selbst erarbeiten. Leider gibt es kaum Videos, die sich speziell mit diesem Thema befassen. Hat jemand von euch vielleicht ein solches Video entdeckt oder kann Tipps und Tricks teilen, die mir weiterhelfen könnten? Vielen Dank im Voraus

I had a problem that I hope you can guide me. I recently switch from Vary to Arnold render in 3D max. I have a problem; I can't make a transparent Glass with an Alfa channel when I use GPU mode. Two things you need to do: in the Arnold Standard Surface material you need to turn "Transmit AOVs" on and in the render setup - Arnold Renderer you neetd to switch "Background (Backplate)" to your Background image or None. you need to rotate the skydome light and you can fine-tune the HDRI position interactively :)

You bring your HDRI into the Material editor before you use it in your skydome. because now you can rotate the hdri in the material editor.

the proboolean only slightly worked for me like the pshre disappred but the tube was still instact so i moved the spre more to overlap andnow th eboolan doesnt work its very complex please try to repaet or slow down if possible thxz

Hi Somewhere on the way the window of the rendered image, the so called "frame buffer" changed its look. now the "Arnold Render View" is default. you either make yourself familiar with the current version, help is provided in the documentation (F1) or you switch back to the the previous Render View. In the "Render Setup" window there is a "System" tab and the second category is called: "Arnold Render View" and you can click or unclick it.

In which format do we need to save our sketchup file so that it can be opened in 3ds max?

simply save it as a regular "skp" file. Maybe it only works if you save it not as the latest version. I am still using "2017 make"
