Agreed. I have been using Adobe for many years. Recently I have been thinking of dumping them all together. Just sucks because both myself and my staff use many of the software in the creative cloud to do our jobs everyday.

@@ChadHensiakif you need alternatives for Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign. I’d highly recommend looking at and considering Affinity’s product lineup as they have pretty spot on clones of the previously mentioned programs. Premiere Pro also obviously has Divinci Resolve. Just wish there was a quality and affordable alternative to Lightroom. Capture One exists, but imo it’s far too expensive to consider.

Yeah. If I didn't have the suite for work, I wouldn't use it at this point. I will use After Effects here and there for personal projects, but I switched from Premiere Pro to Davinci Resolve and never looked back.

I am a very long time Adobe user. In my opinion they should stop raising their monthly subscriptions for their glitchy software and forcing us to submit anything we create in the software to use anywhere they wish. They even penalize you heavily if you want to back out of their monthly subscription. Shady business practices imo.

For sure something interesting to look at. I think the 80% and then finalizing with "your" touch is a solid way to go. Would love to see a video on how you choose your selects out of that many!

I LOVE Imagen AI! It sometimes does a better job of straightening than me! 🙈 I still touch all my images after it’s done, but it saves so much time! I think I saw that it’s beta testing a culling feature too, which is pretty neat! I would love it if Adobe added Imagen to its software suite!

Your description say 1500 free edits but after you sign up and they get your information, Imagen says you unlocked 1000 free edits.... is this just a way for them to collect email addresses so they can keep filling my inbox with emails? 1/3 difference is significant, wouldn't you agree?

My concern is that you're submitting your photos to then have them train their ai off your style. You're training your replacement...

Are you behind on Adobe’s new TOS? Are you cool with them accessing all of your content to train their AI? Suggesting Adobe purchase more unscrupulous tools to destroy the livelihood of countless creatives is beyond tone deaf. You do yourself and your subscribers a massive disservice with this.

I mean. I use AI for auto masking, auto object removal, auto denoising, auto enlarging images. What I do not use AI for is auto generating fake things into images. What I wish existed for AI is to help with culling and more specifically adding keywords and alt text to images.

if you want to cull faster get the software photo mechanic it will load and cull faster ....its what we use in the sports world it was made by ppl in the sports media world who have to go through 15k-30k sports photos each game ....i been using it 6 months now and its great ...i can cull the photos way faster then lightroom.....so i cull and then bring the best photos into lighroom for final edits and i am done ...its great software for that one purpose

I’ve been meaning to try imagen when I get to more consistent bulk edits because what I do currently is too variable but… tbh, considering as Adobe bought Figma and had $30billion in losses apparently, would they really dip into another system rn just to potentially butcher it and drop it as well? Especially with them still trying to make up for it while haemorrhaging users to Canva and DaVinci etc.?

Please tell me the title is a rage bait. Huge corporations buying small companies destroy any form of competition and just makes them more money. You as the customer loose on that transaction. Don't encourage that!
