Just getting filtering here in Colorado. Legal in August but signed last month and I’m still pretty sketchy on doing it. In Cali it’s a known thing but here I’m worried some Karen is gonna open a door or swerve over. Definitely understand the fear.

Just need to ride slower when lane splitting I rode with my friend with a loud bike cars would move but when we came home to south central good luck people didn’t care some would move freeway is faster just move away from cars just careful

Colorado here too. Most of the riders in Denver are already doing it. I'm not worried about the filtering part, it's more the Chads that are going to road rage because you are out front. I wish they would do more PSAs as non-motorcycle people have no idea why this is safer for everyone.

In UK filtering is standard and part of the test. Is a pressure when people first pass, just cus the average rider will expect you to get through pretty small gaps effectively, and if not comfortable it really slows down traffic.

I live in Cali, but technically, LEGALLY, you can only lane split when traffic is doing 30mph or less, and you can only go 10 over surrounding traffic conditions. Having said that, I regularly lane split at 90 when people are doing 80 lol

It’s honestly pretty fun and nice in traffic. Just gotta get the first puck factor out. I started on a 2022 road glide so now on my 2022 zx6r it’s smooth as butter lane splitting. Just watch for random drivers, most are awesome and move over 2:09

Wait till you visit Philippines' streets especially in Manila. Lane splitting is necessary or you'll be hurt because here, even Buses lane split/swerves like motorcycle does! Be safe and be confident when doing it. If you hesitate consequences might be dire
