ADOBONG NILAGANG ITLOG SA COKE | Hard Boiled Egg Adobo

It is not uncommon to put hardboiled eggs on meat adobo recipe as an extender to the dish... but you can also cook an adobo by only using hardboiled eggs itself... try this Adobong Nilagang Itlog Sa Coke.
ingredients:
10 pcs large hardboiled eggs, peeled
300 ml coke soda
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
