In the western world, the 24 hr economy is private driven, not a government policy. Other than the health sector, it’s only the private companies that operate this system. Private firm make this decision by themselves when demands and employment go high and there’s no facility to accommodate the additional employees. No other government office can operate this system whether in Ghana or abroad. Bring it to Ghana. Which company does the government have to operate this system? And how can the private firms adopt it when demands for their product aren’t increasing?
