Wait a minute! She went from stage 4 kidney disease to stage three and she’s shining like this and looking healthier than some people as if she’s kidney disease free. That means She will be glowing once certified free and I decree that in you Ufuoma. What a courageous lady, so for the past 12 years we have been watching your movies and your supportive girl friends Chioma, Uche and omoboleh on social media you have been down with kidney disease, you are a very strong woman. Ufuoma sharing this is speaking directly to me. I dont and have never abused prescription drugs, infact i don't take any form of medicine. But i don't rest well! I dont sleep at night. 2am , 3am 4qm, 5amni am stil awaking working, creating my crafts. This has weighted my kidneys and heart down. This is also a form of self abuse, inflicting bodily harm on oneself. I have developed swollen legs for over 2 years now and am trying to get my health back now with natural foods Drinking lots of water, cucumber juices, beetroot juices, garic ,ginger , mango, lemon grass leaf tea. Avoiding cooked foods asmmuch as possible too And most importantly going to bed by 9pm daiy. Thank you, Chude and Ufuoma for the wake-up call. By not subjecting our bodies to all manners of food( yes, bad food ) and drug abuse, we honour our bodies and God
