Wow, Rassel, you really outdid yourself on this one! But that's become a habit with you! This one is absolute perfection! A large, calm, welcoming living room; a kitchen with plenty of workspace; a washing machine that's accessible yet discretely tucked away behind doors; three bedrooms with plenty of closet space; the lovely little balcony off of the master (?) bedroom (with the delightfully whimsical little table); and the amazing outdoor living room above the carport! I don't know how you manage to do it week after week, but I feel like saying a "shekhiyanu" (a Jewish prayer said on witnessing a miracle - like a rainbow - or something beautiful) when I see what you are able to create. This is one of the best tiny home designs I've seen, but it still lacks features to make it feel more like a real home. I'd prefer an enclosed garage, storage for a bicycle, room for a stackable washer/dryer, and a dishwasher.

Most of your designs are very nice, well done, you try to maximized all the spaces, the colors are also classy, and putting all those cabinets are really a big factor for a small space, “BUT”, I’ve noticed your bathrooms, (up and down), there’s nothing to keep the water from flowing, I don’t know how you call it, walang harang man lang, or the flooring is slightly lower in the shower part, pls let me know? Very nice plan, but I'm still not into the W&D being in the kitchen. One suggestion. Raise the bottom of the window on the stairs landing. I tumbled down the stairs at my parents' house and it's a good thing the window was a couple feet above the landing or I would have gone through it. Experience talking.
