I love everything you do, but this underwater series is just my absolute favourite. The problem is I can't decide which one to do! And neither can my 3 year old, she's turning 4 in July and gets to choose her cake theme as always, but everytime I show her your new video, she needs to have just that. I myself have always really liked whales, so that's my favourite. If I could request, a shark and a jellyfish would fit nicely in this series!

Ms. Zoe...New at fondant mediums etc. Is Saracino (which I saw on Etsy recently) a fondant brand, a gum paste or is it just modeling chocolate? People use lingo such as ‘paste’, sugar paste and I get confused on what exactly they are referring to and it’s purpose. Hope my question makes sense. Very cute and beautifully executed work.

Thanks for watching! Saracino have a modelling paste and a sugar paste / fondant available now. Modelling paste sets harder so is usually better for making figures and models with :)
