It’s a shame they couldn’t make some kind of safe stairs so she could use the beautiful loft! Talk about wasted space! It’s too small for the Murphy bed, there’s no living space. Bummer.

Beautiful Blessings, I lived with pull- down stairs, and don't fear them. They do flex, tho-a bit scary. I wish she'd taken some longer shots and interior slow pans. The tour might have felt smoother!

They should have made a an elevator bed for the living room so that the living room could be utilized as a real living room. Not a fan of this one.

Always a trade off, elevator beds tend to sit high and if you have any mobility issues then it can be troublesome to access them if they're too high, which would be the case if you had a living room space with furniture it would have to sit on top of... Also more risk of failure with any mechanical system, as well as long term safety concern if that happened and there was no safety mechanism to prevent the bed dropping from the ceiling...
