Maybe you should have mentioned that you are using the "inverse square law" by bringing the light on the opposite side of the room to have a homogeneous light. Thanks for your tips! 😊🙌

bringing homogeneous light has nothing to do qith inverse square law. It's about the size of the bouncing area.

Faster recycle time. Less power use, Faster shutter speed for any ambient.

Umbrella is a good option as well. Great for busting out for short periods, but I wouldn't leave it set up in the room for sure.
