Honestly, don't understand the hate towards this video??? I love it. It definitely wasn't what I was expecting but I like that. It's easy to make a video of a bunch of people getting trashed and wasted in a dark club for a song about partying. But this is art. Taking a traditional child's party and bastardizing it. It's glorious. I love it but to each their own I guess.

My (I'll admit, unqualified) opinion: 1. Adore looks fucking awesome as per usual. 2. It isn't my favourite song on the album but it's fun, light-hearted, and reminiscent of high school parties, which was the goal. 3. Adore likes pop music, and that is plenty enough reason for her to pursue this genre. That said, her album is very versatile so rather than bashing this particular flavour of Adore, go praise the ones you prefer. 4. The video was well-executed according to the spirit of the song, it's about casual partying with friends, obviously it's not gonna be a pompous Katy-Perry-as-an-Egyptian-tyrant-with-an-army-of-dancing-minions kind of video. SHEESH
