Yeah, I know what you mean, the film clip is perhaps based in some sort of alternate reality. I quite like the song though, (have studied both the Norwegian and the English lyrics and the meaning to this song is very inspirational). “The meaning of this song is that we need to to be grateful for whatever we have in life (but still always strive to achieve something better of course) but no matter what challenges and adversity comes our way we need to continue to be strong, persistent and steadfast, never give up and just simply continue to keep on going no matter what. When she says “We have no money but we own everything”. What that means is that you do not need to own much to be happy because happiness, gratitude and positivity just simply, naturally comes within ourselves, we choose to either be happy and positive or we can choose to be depressed and negative. However, it is easier said than done at times because life in general can at times be very difficult and stressful it all depends on our mindset and not letting too much toxic people and situations get in the way too much of our everyday living.
