Hi First of all, really nice video and successful work. As for controlling fan, PCM does it, I think. So arduino just creates signal and sends to PCM, does it?

Ok, this video is for Arduino to do the same as the PCM. So if you have an old carburator, or non PCM car, you may use this design. There are other used for it as well. I guess dozens of posible uses. Sketch furnished upon request.
