Hi, thank you. You cannot learn about the course before you attend the course. There is a handout that ADR training providers give to students on day 1 of the course. You can have a look at the SQA website that will give you the syllabus however you cannot download the course in advance. If you want to know the Q and A there is an app available on the app store. May I suggest you search "ADR" in the app store?

You can do either but I recommend you do the classroom as there are exams to do

If it's a European ADR licence then no need to convert to Ireland as your current ADR will cover that.

Not sure as ADR is an European Agreement. I think Canada will have a different course to the EU ADR.
