Hello thank you for your presentation I have been sick for quite a few years over the past 2 years I have uncontrolled high blood pressure I have muscle wasting my arms and legs are very thin I get internal tremors have extremely dry mouth my stomach becomes very bloated and I get severe pinching pains in my back I've developed numbness in my extremities and visual disturbances also panic attacks I was tested for aldosteroneism I have a 1.3 cm Mass on my left adrenal cortex which showed on an MRI with contrast and non-countrast dye Since I have third stage hypertension my doctor kept me on my blood pressure medication when they performed my 24-hour urine salt loading test and I was told my adrenal tumor is not active I am very concerned my health is declining I have loss of appetite and I have nowhere to turn I cannot blame my doctor They are wonderful people but I am not getting answers I'd appreciate any help you can give me thank you so much for your presentation

Please help. What if you have the physical symptoms of cushings (buffalo hump, rapid weight gain (50 lbs in less than a year despite diet and exercise) major increase in belly fat, including new stretch marks in middle bellow below belly button, but are diagnosed with chronic adrenal insufficiency with low aldosterone, sex hormones, dhea and thyroid?

I just had free testosterone saliva test and it came back 6.5 times higher from normal levels. Can my high levels be also normal or is it most likely adrenal gland tumor? I don't take any TRT or medications, I have total testosterone normal levels, I'm 43 year old man.
