This is called intellectual humor. It isn't crude, it's not demeaning, it isn't racist or homophobic or misogynistic etc. It helps if you know the context of the jokes; the history, the anatomy etc. He's very clever and I find him absolutely hysterical. Wish there were more like him. What a rare and wonderful mind!

I think the best part of Adrian's videos is his frequent looking directly at the camera. While for a professional actor, that would be absurdly incompetent, it somehow works for Adrian, in an absurdly incompetent way.
