I think it's probably his drafts board. RBR probably blocked access to it, whilst he's still an employee. They'll probably let him take it in March. It's Newey's own personal drafts board. I remember they had trouble getting it from McL when he moved to RBR.

Its a normal thing in F1 contracts, you have to see out the contract and its commitments and in technical terms a cooling period or gardening period... Then you are free to work. Pretty normal contract stuff.
