This message will open every God fearing Christian's eyes that we are failing the next generation of our children and grand children. We need to start teaching our kids the history of our nation and how God blessed us. Teaching them the Constitution of America. I agree that it's nice to know the original date of the sermon. I have been listening to Pastor Rogers since at least 2000 and probably earlier. As I listen to them anew I'm struck at how timeless the messages are. It lends credibility to the statement "there is nothing new under the sun". The bible message is timeless, we were all born into sin and need Jesus as our savior.

Dr. Rogers has literally grown me spiritually. It is hard to find true biblical teaching in the church today. Jesus spoke about our day in the Bible right before He comes back. (1st)Their will be many false prophets and many will be deceived. (2nd) The faith will grow cold. This is what I am seeing in my lifetime today. Pastor today don't want to talk about that thing call sin. They are telling the people what they want to hear.
