Hi Adriana, thank you for these videos. I don’t watch the videos for becoming a PM, I watch them to better manage my own work load as a production and sourcing manager. I do understand that PM does a lot of work without an assistant. How do you manage the the workload ( life balance) without having an assistant or overworking and exhausting yourself? I know, basically you will suggest to prioritize things. What if everything is a priority for the same day or week? That is my main issue.
