The shiny Unovan Darumaka was hacked or was bred from a hacked Pokemon. It was in a Beast Ball but you cannot get it in a Beast Ball. It's never been available in SwSh to catch in raids and it wasn't available to catch in Alola-based games. Doubtful you'd ever use it in an official Pokemon tournament but if you do, obviously you'd risk disqualification.
