@@zicnov4794 Soft resetting is a lot harder to do than just going into a new wormhole anf taking the chance that it's gonna be the one your looking for and you'll get a lot of other shinys along the way. I have never gotten a shiny by SRs.

This is so satisfying to watch!? Now I feel like doing some actual shiny hunting in the DS/3DS versions lol. Still remember my first wild shiny encounter ever, which was a Haunter in SoulSilver.... in the Safari Zone.... that ran away, of course, because Safari Zone -_- I bred a shiny Togepi in X, in about 400 eggs. And when I randomly did a few battles in X about a year ago, I found a shiny Gligar through a horde encounter, which was awesone. I tried chaining in... was it Diamond? omg But I always gave up pretty quickly, ahem. People keep asking what you do to get all these shinies, and all I can think is, you have an insane amount of patience, dude. Quick shinies are always great to get inbetween, and probably work as a great motivator, but looking at those reset numbers for the legendaries? Damn, those absolutely will have taken forever. So that moment when the shiny finally shows up? Especially in the case of that Celebi with 7k+ resets? I can only imagine the relief and exhilaration :D
