One thing I did notice was that even though Jacob(Alpharad) was luckier through the whole run and also killed more valuable team assets, Jaiden apologizes to him for what she did for mistakes even though it was like 2-3 crucial mistakes. She also does not seem very salty when he does get incredibly lucky, making her a very wholesome person even when making the animation. Bless Jaiden's heart man.

I believe on Twitter Jan said he dm’d adrive a large paragraph about his experiences with energy drinks and why promoting gfuel is extremely harmful and Dan just replied with two lines which really upset Jan. I started a Pokemon Diamond/Pearl SoulLink with my brother, inspired from Jaiden's video. (We didn't randomize the Pokemon) but we caught a Geodude/Zubat pair in the Oreburgh gate which we fused the names together to create "Zude"

...a thought occurs. Is this the only Gen where your rival is not only an asshat, but an _actual_ criminal? Normally your rivals that are snarky are still law-abiding (or mostly law-abiding - looking at you, Bede), but this is the only one I can think of that pulls a Team Rocket and steals the pokemon.

So let me preface this by saying its based on no facts and just sort of a hunch/curiosity. I've always kind of wondered if there was some sort of beef between Adrive and Pokémon Challenges, PC reacts to like every poketubers content seemly except adrive and I've always found that odd. In this video, when they bring up PC the first time, adrives body language kind of changes and he get quiet like he's uncomfortable. I'm well aware I could be reading way far into this and overthinking/overanalizing it, but I can't help but feel thats not the case. I'm just curious to know what the deal is, if anything at all.

From my understanding, Jan had criticized Adrive once on the fact that he was advertising Gfule (an energy drink brand) to his audience which is largely made up of younger kids. Energy drinks are notoriously unhealthy for peoples kidneys, and would be especially bad to be introduced to at a young age. Hence why Jan saw it as an issue. I guess they argued about it and because of that they’re not too friendly to eachother. But that’s all as far as I know. Not everyone’s going to get along and agree on things, so it’s whatever.

Playing normal I swept the entirety of the elite four with the team Team Four Star had for their nuzlocke, even managed to keep my flaffy alive gave Meganium earthquake and became unstoppable Also it might be just me but Craydilly looks like Mimichu cosplaying as Meganium like it suddenly some of them realized Chikorita got enough attention to warrent an attempt at copying it's form.

After I first saw Jaiden's video I decided to start my own SoulSilver Nuzlocke. Soon as I step out of Union cave, it starts raining, and I am very confused... Til I step into the grass and am immediately greeted by Kyogre. My starter was a Dragonite, so I am able to get a Thunderwave on him... Then I catch him on my second POKE ball. So yes... Living the highlife over here.

Yes I literally named my rival ??? Whenever I played pokemon gold when I was younger because in game the text is "my name's ???" and I didn't realize that that meant you could name him whatever you want so he was ??? for the whole game. I didn't play through Jhoto again until HGSS came out and he was referred to as 'passerby boy' in stead that I realized that his name wasn't ??? and you were meant to name him yourself.

Yes it gets storm drain, but in gen 4 that doesn't make you immune. yes you get the sp attack boosted by one stage and draw in the water moves, but isn't immune to it

Correction aDrive, Storm Drain in Gen 4 only redirects Water Moves to itself, with no other effects nor any immunities, and that's Cradilly's Hidden Ability, which does not exist in Gen 4, where HGSS is in. Storm Drain and Lightning Rod only got their effects we know today, starting in Gen 5. So even if Jaiden had a Pokemon with Storm Drain, it'd be pretty much useless as an Ability. Same goes with Sturdy, that Ability was pretty much useless till Gen 5. Before Gen 5, all Sturdy did was protect against Moves that 1 hit KOs anything it can hit. Moves like Horn Drill and Sheer Cold for example. Starting in Gen 5, the effects of that Ability was changed so now Sturdy functions like a Focus Sash, rather than it's next to being completely useless effects before Gen 5

Dan, Storm drain doesn't absorb water moves in gen 4, it only gives you a SpA boost once you get hit by them

In gen 4 stormdrain doesnt provide imunity nor a boost by water attacks it only pulls the attack to the stormdrain owner.
