Its a big mistake you should select yes on tax treaty then select your country, select services and agreement. It will reduce the tax into zero like in the philippines.

@Zav It only applies to US traffic source; exampe; from 100% total traffic worldwide, 20% of those are US traffic, so from that 20% of US traffic source, which in itself is 100%, will be taken 30%. You have 1000$ total, 20% of those are US (200$), so from that 200$ will be taken 30% (66$). So from 1000$, only 66$ will be extracted from that US traffic source in this example.
