I followed the steps for my electric lock. It was working at first, but after couple of days, the lock will stay open unless i unplug the 12v adapter. Would you know what is causing this?

if i use electric rim lock with VDP Kv8413 what will be positive and negative on the lock ? As the lock works with both AC supply and DC supply ? I want to know ? And how to use 24v DC adaptor of relay smps with this VDP ?

Can it work only with the Power Over Ethernet or the 12V is mandatory to operate the door lock?

Hello. I have this intercom setup with exit button for door lock and a roller gate for car entry. Can you show the wiring for this? The touch button only opens the door and not roller gate. Please explain. Thanks
