It always says so much when the Doc is impressed by the depth of your issues and how hard she can work on you without you running away. This is definitely a tough woman. Always appreciate how much teaching Dr. Mondragon does with each patient so they can can help themselves after they leave.

Or for those of us who don't live close to Dr. Mondragon: I wonder how many get tired of emails asking if they practice like her and finally come to look!
@edgarcamacho95673 жыл бұрын
That’s actually pretty unfair to say because a lot, if not most chiropractors don’t practice scraping. Dr. Brenda does a fabulous job I wish she was in Los Angeles but chiropractors generally are meant to do preventative care. I go to the chiropractor once a week for 80 dollars a month. Been doing it for 2 years and I feel amazing 365 days. Most of these patients all have stories of a car accident they were a part of or an injury the sustained years ago that 6 years later has worsened.

The roses on your patient’s right arm are beautiful! - Okay and more importantly, Dr. Mondragon’s sense of humor helps all patients get through their session when at times it can be quite painful. Her depth of knowledge that she willingly shares- I may be a pharmacist but…even I have heard certain words that I just have to look up- like PETECHIAE. I never learned the meaning of THAT word in pharmacy school! Or- she mentioned D-L … I know L is for Lumbar, part of the CTL but I thought I heard her say the letter D- I probably didn’t hear it correctly, my faux pas. Dr. M does throw all of these abbreviated slang words in there - lol- and she makes her field of expertise seem like such a wonderful choice for students to think about as a career move. I really wish that I was down in Florida. Half of my neighbors- well, not half but the fun ones- they left the rest of us up here in New Hampshire where it gets so freaking 🥶 in the winter. If my whole family didn’t live right near me and help me out- I had a major cva in ‘94 from a PFO, followed by seizures and 2 brain surgeries. I finally retired in 2004 from my job as a registered pharmacist as you can see in my pic here…that was taken 2 years before I retired. I have to stay here- otherwise, I would be there in a heartbeat, trying to get an appointment with Dr. Mondragon! I hear that some have to wait 6 months while others can’t even get through. I am soooo long winded. I used to be quiet and shy. That was obviously thrown out the window in ‘94! Keep showing your vlogs, Dr. Mondragon! They are great! And, they also show how brave all of the patients are!!! You all get 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for having the courage to not only show up, but to go through such pain in front of all the fans. Kudos to all of you! Lastly, we have to mention the camera person’s. We wouldn’t see any of this without you! Thanks for an excellent job, day in and day out!

Question: why do some chiropractors do no muscle work and some chiropractors actually DO muscle work? I know you can do a massage therapist prior to the chiropractor, but that’s double $$$..... I’m not saying you should put a $$$ limit on your care & medical needs.... but everyone has their budget limit.

BOOM...CrossFit! Yeah nah, crosfitters technique is just the pits man! Lifting, chinups, the lot...they just don't practice the movements correctly and it results in strains...which are then exacerbated by the 'coaches' demanding that they ignore it and just keep on pushing through!! Cut back on the wanging about and work on proper technique for a while with lower weights! That alone will likely help your body properly recover and, more than likely, will result in you building some properly balanced and stable muscle mass.
