We often feel lost as young adults, but there are few tips which can make life easier and organized.
The most important thing is not to expect too much from ourselves, because then we have to face the feeling of failure and that can lead to anxiety.
Set realistic goals and stick to them, after that you can reward yourself and do something more relaxing. Sometimes the only way to face anxiety is to do something and stay active.

@@rossellagrasso3_ It's ok, Ros. Just such a period of time, just a day... Few days ago I had interview with one company in Switzerland. That was good, but I had problems with papers. So I couldn't get it and didn't have mood as well..
