This is such a helpful vlog…Just want to point out at around 32:00 when the topic is about online threats. I was surprised and sad at the same time when Ms Heart & Sir Chiz confirmed that NBI has the tech and able to help them trace an account. Sad because I had an incident similar to this, which threatened my family and profession, yet when I seeked help from NBI, they said they can’t do it due to lack of tech and the only thing would be entrapment operation wherien they need to catch the suspect (in action) opening the account and posting stuff and it’s kinda impossible cause we didn’t have any clue who the person is. It saddens me ‘cause it’s quite handy to Ms Heart and Sir Chiz since they’re celebrities/politician yet out of reach for someone like me (a regular citizen). No hate to the two. They’re amazing. Just an eyeopener that the law is not fair for everyone and probably will never be. At least in the Philippines.

it really depends on who you track and what mode of communication the suspect uses (internet, mobile, landline). They can actually hide their tracks that can make them certainly untracable if they are knowledgable in tech. Probably the one Heart encountered are not that good in hiding their tracks and can be tracable easily without special tools that even us normal citizen can do. There are ways NBI can track people. They can go thru the service provider of the one you are looking. NBI can reach out to service provider and to know their subsrciber information. But its not that easy, because of the data privacy act there must be a solid reason to reveal ones identity. They can also refer to databases of known reports of such suspect and monitor their actions and formulate pattern of behavior. What I'm trying to say is that your experience might not be exactly the same as Heart in a technical sense, since she havent explained the thing in detail. And someone at NBI have not explained well that to you why they cant do such thing or maybe what you're saying its true that the rich has more access to justice. Well im just an IT guy

Based on Ms Heart’s words in this vid, it looks like they found out who did it cause they “started” the tracking..not sure how.. in my case, we didn’t even start, just merely words that they can’t do it. Yes, issues of data privacy were mentioned to me hence they can’t push through daw but in Ms Heart’s case it should also be applicable, right? Thank for the Adulting vlogs. I learn a lot. Being a lawyer"s daughter, I also had chances of watching and listening to my Dad when he was working with clients at home - mostly pro bono or "paid in kind with live chicken, vegetables, a tray of eggs" and my Dad would beam at telling me that that he got those "gifts" ❤. This is a very good venue to clear "clouds of uncertainties" especially when the situation is somewhat abusive-verbally, mentally, emotionally and psychologically. Salamat sa inyong dalawa. I sometimes see you both hear Mass when I pay my respects to my departed, beloved parents. I used to just admire Heart for her beauty ang grace. But now, I have learned she is not just a beauty on the outside. She has a good head between her shoulders and Gov. Chiz, the scholastic, brainy educator, has maintained his reputation. Another thing, Filipino/a IT engineers and/or programmers are competent po, mababa lang pasahod sa government kaya walang pumapatos sa hiring at mga bidding ng paggawa ng program. Our company even does AI's and automation. We can do better programs to trace, and track sa soc med or internet and other programs na same sa mga ginagamit sa US. Yes we are starting to build softwares here but our team usually cater sa international market pa lang kasi parang di open pa ang country sa ginagawa namin. I have a dad who's a stroke patient na. He's only 52 yrs old and 2 years bedridden. Sobrang hirap sa part namin dahil simula nung nabuhay ako sa mundo, wala siyang ginawa kundi mambabae, laspagin ang perang pinaghihirapan ng mama ko nung time na OFW siya, sinasaktan kami ng mga kapatid ko (take note 2 of my eldest siblings are special children, eldest sister has intellectual disability and congenital heart disease. Yung second is ASD / autism). Pinakakawawa samin is yung kapatid kong may autism. Laging sinasaktan ng papa ko (nung maayos pa siya at di pa nasstroke). Iniwan din kami ng 4 na beses para sa babae niya. 4 beses din bumalik samin. Nung ika-4th, binalik samin ng babae dahil wala ng pakinabang dahil stroke na. Tinanggihan na rin siya ng mga kapatid niya at pinagtabuyan. Kami ang pinakakawawa. Nagpakahirap kami for 23 years sa pagiintindi sa papa ko at kami pa rin nagdurusa kung kailan baldado na siya. Nung mga panahong okay pa siya at nagpapakasaya, sarili lang niya iniisip niya, walang support na ibinibigay samin. Ngayon na wala na siyang malapitan at pinagtabuyan na siya, kami pa rin. Sana may law din na nagpoprotect sa mga katulad naming inabuso. Nakakalungkot lang din na wala kaming choice kundi tanggapin siya dahil sa awa nalang din siguro namin sa kanya (hindi dahil sa mahal namin siya). Helpless na siya. At wala rin kaming choice dahil wala kaming malapitan.

Ang mahirap lang is kahit ganung stroke na siya, nandun pa rin ugali niya. Nasisigawan niya mama ko kapag nililinisan siya or gusto niyang saktan si mama kahit tinutulungan siya at pinagsasabihan ng kung ano tamang gawin. Nakakapagod din kahit anong bait mo. For almost 3 years ganun siya, di pa rin nagbabago. Bahala na ang Diyos sa kanya. Masaklap din yung pati mismo mga kapatid niya naghugas kamay para lang hindi nila tanggapin tatay ko when in fact sila nag-obliga samin na alagaan kahit na kami na ang inabuso at iniwan. Maraming kwento about my dad and I've witnessed everything since I was a kid. Suntok sa buwan ang pagpapatawad namin pero if ganto, nakakapagod din.

@@loombandz6722 Nagtry na rin akong maghanap ng home for the aged. Unfortunately, they are only accepting 60 yrs old and above. 52 palang po ang tatay ko. The problem here is that, dahil naging mabuti kami at nagpaka-tao, tinuring naman kaming mga hayop at naghugas kamay ang mga nagbigay ng tatay ko sa amin. Including yung kabit niya, mga anak nito, at ang mga kapatid niya. We can bring him naman sa mga rehabilitation center but it would cost us a fortune. At first, di namin talaga tinatanggap yan. Ano nga ba naman magagawa namin kung pilit na iniwan samin? Di naman kami tulad ng mga walang puso niyang mga kapatid. Ang masaklap kasi sa gantong sitwasyon, kahit anong pusong meron ka, kapag demonyo nakaharap sayo, demonyo talaga and ite-take advantage ang puso mo. Kaya nga, as what I've said, wala na kaming choice kundi tanggapin. Kung may puso ka, ganyan talaga mangyayari sayo, if wala, matagal mo na talagang tinapon yan sa tabi. And if may choice kami maging masama, tinapon na namin siya sa bangketa.
