I used to see Heart like she was a spoiled superficial mayamang artista stereotype. I've watch so many of her vlogs now to know how wrong I was. Perhaps it's because of Sen. I learned many things in this video but the lesson that struck me the most is "Nothing lasts forever". Everything in this life is just a phase and it'll eventually change. We may be suffering right now but it'll end soon. We just have to learn to adapt to that change and ready ourself for a new phase that life has to offer. How I wish that I've learned this sooner, I am suffering from anxiety and depression and I have no one to talk to about it. Everyone around me sees it as mere lack of faith and tells me to just pray as if it's as easy as that. Although prayer really helps, I'm looking for someone to help me understand what is going on because it's slowly eating me. This is the reason why I took Psychology as my course to help myself and do everything in my power to make sure that no one suffers what I'm suffering right now. Thank you Miss Heart and Senator for enlightening me and for giving me courage. I'm still on the process of healing right now and this video made me realize that I can and will overcome every struggles thay are on my way.
