If you re-read A Course In Miracles after trully understanding Rupert, you will see they all point to the same rhing using different terms. Terms are just pointers, your intuition will show you the truth. Always.

Setting up opposites Rupert such as true self or false self is not the Way. It will only deepen the illusion of duality, where there never was.

In this conservation is some kind of understanding, but no direct experience or realization. But you have to look directly, because without that, it's just a nice concept again. With thinking and understanding alone you can never realize your timeless true nature. Rupert speaks so beautifully on this subject and people get caught in the web of his poetic language. Are you here? Look straight. Do you need words to be? What remains if nothing is said? What remains is you! Take the words as an invitation to look. That's all. And then relax an expand into that openness.
