In your scene collection, you need to disable the camera icon next to your sphere so it does not show up in the render

You should hide it from the render right beside the eye u use to hide the object there is a camera icon click on it to hide the object in render and u r done.

when i scale my object using ctrl + A at around 7:00 my sphere turns to a circle how do I fix this

my logo automatically imports with each letter joined any ideas how to have them separated? Also, when i go to move the sphere between frames its very choppy not smooth like yours. If i apply the modifiers to logo, it is smooth movement again but then it doesnt cut out the logo when it moves, im lost.

I think you should do a remesh and then it should be working. I had the same issues and that helped alot to make a clean transition with the uv sphere. my Mac crashes a lot on this Project as well. @@laurencegianni7086
