I know you probably found a solution already but I'm gonna write what i did because someone else may have the same problem (i did too, i had to search a lot😅). I used blender kit it's an add-on, there are a lot tutorials for it, you just grab the material and drop it on the model.😊

Hey I want to your VDB sequence to create this effect you showed in your desert car shaking animation but I cant make it work, I only have an empty import when importing the vdb file. First you need to select camera after that, press I in your keyboard then it'll show.

But Just that after installing Blender kit I could only add it to my Text but Couldn't import it just the way you did.. please can you give more details?@@GtmDesigns

It just magically appears ! I can't add it either so it shows up as a sphere like in the video nor in the collection. I'm with you on this one, I got very lost at that point.
