50 to 60 fps is pretty much ultra in arma 3. Understand that its largely not about the quality of your PC and more so about the quality of the server you play on.

It's not a matter of preference, in this specific case. CUP has some vehicles that RHS simply lacks, such as the AAVs used in this video.

What, driving an AAV off like that? No. That would be unpleasant at best from that height and more likely gravely injuring or fatal, and I'd imagine it'd have a high risk of swamping/going and staying under. I seem to recall seeing a video where one did a very small jump from a meter or two off of a pier, but nothing at all like you see here.
