I have similar dynamic blocks where I have applied the rotation parameter, to several attributes; the blocks work fine until I apply the BATTMAN command to set the order in which AutoCAD will ask me for the attribute data. When I apply the command and give it the preferred order, the rotation function stops working (over attributes) and I have to move the data one by one. Do you have any idea what is going on?

Why would you use Battman after you have created your block? Just have your block created with the correct order of attributes from the beginning and never will need to use battman

@@LazyArquitecto Precisely the problem is that the blocks are dynamic and so is their creation. I already realized that if I apply the order at the beginning it will be maintained. But what can you do when you have 20 to 40 attributes or more and you need to introduce one that alters the order? For example, if the block should now include a work area difficulty attribute, where the repetitive jobs will be less than one, the standard job 1.00 and so as the job becomes more difficult it will increase, it will be used with the man hours attribute to calculate the total job cost, of installing the block they represent, for example the electrical outlet. But this attribute should be one of the first, not the last in the list, so the order has to be changed. In normal conditions the value of the attribute would be 1.00, and it is not modified until the job conditions change, but it is not the same to have it at the beginning as at the end of three lists on the screen. My block of outlets started with one attribute and I have over forty now, struggling to make the attribute names generic and the same for example for luminaires and junction boxes. And there are so many, because at the end, from the drawing, I have practically the budget done. But every time the blocks do not work, I have to start from the beginning. And I suppose that others have solutions that I don't know.

I'm wondering if you have lisp for inserting excel table into autocad as block?
@LazyArquitecto Жыл бұрын
Why a lisp? You can do it with the built-in AutoCAD functionality
@Jepz_ Жыл бұрын
@@LazyArquitecto well, I just know the paste special, I can't find a proper vids for this one, so I'm thinking it maybe a LISP. By the way, do you already have video tutorial for this one?
