Awesome. Mark you are a professional, wise, and brave teacher, I wish you could get started a campaign for gathering votes to become the prime minister of Canada or even the president of the United States of America because both countries are suffering from stupid populist leaders. To be honest, we had a lot of examples of moral hazards in my home country, Iran, and that's why I decided to come to the United States of America, although it took me just a few days to figure out there are not too many differences between stupidity around the world, it's just frustrating. ❤

Hey, Mark. How are you, my man? It's Caio. Well, now I'm in Rio de Janeiro spending a blessed period with my family. You know, more than just English, your classes are enlightening on a variety of subjects. Besides the fact that the way you approach them are invariably coherent, reasonable and well-founded. Sometimes I even forget which language it is, given the naturalness with which your narrative holds my attention. Many thanks for everything. See you.

Hey! Good explanation of " moral hazard" and " dangerous precedent ". When I was teacher, some of my students asked me to rise their scores but I rejected this idea all the time because it would have been unfair and a dangerous precedent. Stay healthy and save!

Greeting to everyone. I want to share with you what I learned from this lesson. I'll be brief. Mark began telling us about the “moral hazard” in a quiet place. But at the end of this video, he turned out in a busy road. That noise was distracting our attention from listening. If none of us points out this point, it will create "a dangerous precedent" in the future. After this, our teacher will get used to telling us something in noisy places. And we will tolerate it out of respect. As for me, I strongly object this practice. Guys, it's just a joke... Thanks for work

In our saloon every hairdresser has it's own instruments. And I think it's fair, cause nobody cares about safety , cleanliness , ect.,of others property. Moreover, I'm against of free plastic bags that supermarkets provide buyers with. Shameless people take them too much and as a result we have much waste of plastic, or something like this.

I am curious though how many steps was that? Do you count steps on a daily activity? I can't think of an example but I definitely learned something today Mark. Thanks.

Dear Mr. Mark; I suggest that you take a sample of your saliva and send it to the laboratory in order to know your genetics and ancestors, and start here with an explanation. The topic is very interesting, and I hope that you will fulfill my desire..Greetings

Chineses understood that very well a nd took the best on each system and they are the ones who went so far forward . They have their ways with their cultutural ways but if we look80 years ago in theur story they rwere starv8ng before Maotse Tung 's revolution. Then comunism did a lot overthere, not to compare with the imperialist China

I don't agree on how you think about comunism. There all had to work but never 12 hours one and another not even one hour and been paid the same but every one at least had to work minimal 6 hours per day with 2 free days a week and the one who doesn't work at all needs to be checked if he isn't unsane and sent to a psy chiatric hospital that was the way before on that more or less. To be responsable or not is depending on the straightforness on each person ,its defree on his responsability. The best I think is not going to extreme but taking the best on each system, let's say on that , then a left socialism, thats n9t bad

Hi March, I've been a loyal follower of your channel for years, but I've noticed that you never mention my country's name (Sri Lanka) when describing things, while you frequently mention names of other countries. This situation seems to exemplify a moral hazard, where your actions might be influenced by the lack of consequences for favoring certain countries over others in your content.🥲🥲🥲
