Thank you so much for this! your channels had some great info since I found it, and seems like you are running some of the more "strategic" setups, vs just hoping for the wind/algo to work for you! I am also so glad you mentioned the audience factor, as its pretty insane how cherry picked that was, and for some reason I never had looked at the provided info about it lol...

Thank you for the great video. Do you use the Advantage+Creative features? I turn off the music and check the preview to decide whether to turn everything on or off.

Hi Sam! Love your content and definitely gonna try out your structure. Quick question since we are a small brand just starting out with a small budget (50USD or less) per day. If we want to target world wide with such a small budget, would you recommend still keeping all the countries within the same CBO campaign or split the campaigns by countries so our budget gets a better run for its money? Hope that makes sense. Thanks!!

keep all the countries in one cbo to maximize data and let the algorithm optimize. splitting by country on a small budget will spread things too thin. which countries are you focusing on the most?

@@SamPiliero Thanks for your reply! I'm targeting the major countries eg. US, AUS, UK, CAN - so I thought it's actually gonna spread too thin on a small budget if I group them all together in one campaign vs separating by countries?

if your budget is small, separating by country can help ensure spend isn’t spread too thin. focus on your best-performing regions first, then expand. which country has given you the best results so far?

your videos are great. i was wondering if you had made a video on sourcing / validating products to sell. it's my biggest roadblock at the moment - i get stuck scrolling these apps looking for products but everything seems like it's either saturated or useless.

Forget trying to find something that is a perfect fit. Find the single thing that you absolutely love the most and are willing to talk about for YEARS. Is it soccer? cleaning products? candles? lights? camping gear? Whatever YOU love is what you should focus on.

Great strategy! I have a question tho... How exactly do you move the winning ads from the broad packs into ASC and one-interest ad set? Like, do you duplicate them into existing campaign/ad set? Do you turn the winning ads off after you moved them from the broad pack ad set?

Always keep the winning ads in the existing assets. We never break what’s not broken. You can either duplicate them or use the post ID

This is the first time i’ve seen this kind of strategy and it makes sense. One question though, with regards to ads, why aren’t you using the flexible ads?

Flexible ads allow FB to modify your assets and possibly hurt your brand image. No way.

check if your accounts are properly connected in the business manager. also, ensure you’ve had engagement within the selected time frame. are you seeing any custom audience setup errors?

When do you turn off an ad in an ASC campaign? Are there specific metrics you track?

turn off ads in asc when they consistently underperform across key metrics like low ctr, high cpa, or poor roas over 3-5 days. look at their performance compared to the overall ad set. are you tracking specific benchmarks for your campaigns?
