I have Airtable and Fillout. I followed along with your video and built my form to update my Airtable form. These forms will be filled out by my contractors and will not be a paid user. They will be updating records they worked on. After setting it all up and sending to them, they updated the record, but it is not updating Airtable. What am I missing?

how is this different than jotforms? Can jotforms not do record updates?

JotForm can do a record update through an automation (not native in JF) or through a 3rd party plug-in. But Fillout is the only tool I know of that does it natively in the form like this!

@@GarethPronovost Yes! Only 2K submission a month for $15 is damn costly if one wants to use multiple forms for achieving one task. Eg I use a step of 4 forms to reteive data from smartsuite & then update new data, insert feedback frok client etc etc. Fillout seems to enjoy a monopoly of being the only option out there that can update smartsuite on the go. I would love to hear of another lost cost/free alternative Gareth.
