Advanced Options in Jotform Payment Forms

How do I keep the payment option on a separate element? The reason being, once we export to excel the shirt and the payment details are all mixed in one column. The last form I made, I had multiple styles of shirts which 1 person could order. Once I exported, all the shirts and the payments were all in one column. How can I split all in separate columns?

Hi @store4342, We don’t have a feature that splits payment data into separate column currently, but what we can suggest is to download your submissions to Excel. After that, you can open the Excel file into Microsoft Excel and use the Text to Column to split the payment data from a single column into their separate columns. Is it possible to set up a payment form that then once payment is made links customer to another form (that has an assessment for example) ?

Hello Kitty, It is possible to redirect users to another form by changing your form's thank you page to an external link then enter the form link. Here's a guide: www.jotform.com/help/38-redirecting-users-to-a-different-page/. Once the user's payment has been successfully completed after submitting the form, the form will automatically redirect to the external link. Additionally, you can also add the form link in your form's autoresponder so your customer can click on the link in the autoresponder message they received. Is there a way to have the customer have the ability to pay partial payment? For example I run a summer camp. If the total price is $150 per week, but they are only required to pay a $50 deposit to reserve there spot, how do I make it possible to have them register but not have to pay the full $150 ?

@@Jotform Thank you for the reply. OK, but next, I would like to order 2 L shirts, one red, one blue. Please don't get me wrong. This widget with JotForm is a nice, affordable eCommerce option (thank you for that), and so, quite powerful. But in my examples, you can either allow the purchase of multiple colors of the same sizes, or multiple sizes of the same colors. But not both. It just would be nice if there was a way to achieve more flexibility in ordering products with multiple options. I hope you will consider improving this feature. Thanks for reading.
