Secret places are SOOOO important to have, and to go to, even if only while meditating. Some sensory experiences can just wisk you away, like the sea mist, or for me, the luff of a sail on a gently rocking boat. Love your blog, very touching.

Good to see you and your secret place. I have several secret places that I haven’t been able to get to for the last couple years and it makes me sad but it also gives me something to encourage me and make future plans. I will discuss my cancer to people if they ask and I do belong to a support group so I’m used to talking about it and it helps being around people with the same problems. Thanks for the video’s.
