Here are some clips from an hour-long virtual coaching session with Chris. We’ve been working on hinging, cornering and other skills -- and Chris is an advanced rider. Today we went to a pump track in preparation for him learning to jump.
I hope you pick up something useful. There were many more nuggets, but they were clipped to keep this video short(ish).
Here's how virtual coaching works:
- You buy lessons on my website.
- We discuss goals via email.
- I give assignments to study and practice from my online MTB school. These are delivered via shared Google Doc.
- When you're ready, we schedule a Zoom call.
- We rock the Zoom call as if I’m there with you. The live feedback is massively helpful. I can see what you’re doing, ask questions and give you the exact cues you need, when you need them.
- I write up the notes and post video from the session in the Google Doc. Some of my clients’ docs are over 100 pages long. You basically end up with a how-to book (with videos) that’s written specifically for you.
- We repeat this cycle for as long as you want. People all over the world are seeing huge improvements!

Great instruction! You’re kind of like Bodie Miller analyzing skiers in the Olympics from the camera view, which was amazing. I wonder if there’s a drone that can follow you from different angles? Let’s say it’s a left side view?

You are fucking awesome ! I love Kyle Warner and more his girlfriend April but You are making so.much more sense so while still watching Kyle and more importantly April I gravitate to Your or Alex videos. I am of Polish descent and Bogusky is definitely Polish. But despite You guys not looking as great as April I think You guys are greater teachers( Jesus Christ I just dissed April and I hope she forgives me in the future.8 like Kyle's history him and April are very likable. But I will trust Lee more with the technical advice. Damn You Lee why can't You grow some parts of anatomy!! But seriously Alex and Lee look so viable and trustful.I am retired and I think mountain biking are key to my fun and freedom is riding some trails.THANK YOU ALEX AND LEE.!!!

I'm not sure what you're asking. I have not coached Rich Drew (although I know he and his brother have been watching my videos).
